Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking must be made by someone 25 years or older, and the maximum occupancy on premises is limited to 14 guests, including children and infants, to ensure a quality stay for all.

Starter Pack of Supplies: This includes laundry detergent, toilet paper, bath soap, and kitchen paper towels to get your stay started comfortably. For extended visits, guests should plan to replenish these essentials.

Security Deposit: A credit card hold is required two days before check-in serving as a security deposit. It will be released within ten days post-checkout, assuming no damages or losses.

Allergy-Friendly and Licensed Property: Strict no-pets policy to accommodate guests with severe allergies and ensure compliance with Florida's regulations, maintaining high safety and satisfaction standards.

Booking Costs: Charges are based on the initial guest count declared at the booking; additional guests will incur extra fees. As a self-catering facility, guests manage their meals.

Property Upkeep: We have a dedicated Pool Care and Landscaping Team to visit the property once a week to ensure the property and its outdoor features remain pristine. We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible and look forward to hosting you!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Heating for Swimming Pool / Hot Tub / Spa is Optional on Request (additional charge) Please note that the minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years and above. We have a strict maximum occupancy policy of 18 guests, and this includes children as well. A property fee is mandatory for all reservations and is included in the booking process. As a security measure, a credit card hold will be required two days prior to check-in. This hold is a security deposit and will be released within ten days of check-out, provided no charges for damages, missing items, or other incidents exist. To facilitate this process, we will send you an information request after booking, which will include a request to swipe your credit card for the hold, similar to hotel procedures. Please note that we do not charge any amount as a damage deposit during the booking. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, all guests are required to provide a government ID to the host within 48 hours of booking and will be requested to sign a rental agreement. The quoted price is based on the number of guests declared during the booking process. If there is an increase in the number of guests, additional costs may apply. Lastly, please note that our home is a self-catering accommodation, allowing you to prepare your own meals and cater to your needs during your stay.
