Main Living Area:

What a great space this is for gathering and relaxing together. Three sofas offer somewhere comfortable to kick back, maybe with a book or watching the latest large LED Smart TV specification. You get great views of the pool and outside deck area from here, and in the evenings, you can bring popcorn and gather for a movie night. But, of course, we'll leave the choice of the movie up to you!

Open Plan Kitchen / Dining Area:

Here is the hub of the house, the place to get fueled up for another day at Disney and the theme parks. As you'd expect from such a stylish, recently renovated property, the kitchen is home to the latest high-specification stainless steel appliances that make preparing brilliant breakfasts, lush lunches, and delicious dinners an absolute pleasure. You'll find a coffee maker and Keurig machine, so whoever's first awake in the morning can get that wonderful aroma filling the house. There is plenty of storage space for your favorite foods in the cupboards. Large capacity French Door fridge freezer and separate drinks fridge, plus you get beautiful quartz countertops, an icemaker, super silent dishwasher, and all the utensils, fine dinnerware, cookware, and all the countertop appliances a group of up to 18 is likely to need in a fine home away from. If you don't want to cook, we can also help you find a chef for an evening.

You also get a breakfast bar kitchen table to sit and enjoy snacks, with the main formal dining table in an adjacent area, ideal if you're planning a sit-down meal for everyone during your stay. Then, of course, you can enjoy your food outside, which is where we're heading next….

- Age and Occupancy Requirements: To ensure a quality stay for all, booking must be made by someone 25 years or older. The maximum occupancy on the premises is limited to 18 guests, including children and infants.
- Starter Pack of Supplies: This includes laundry detergent, toilet paper, bath soap, and kitchen paper towels to get your stay started comfortably. For extended visits, guests should plan to replenish these essentials.
- Security Deposit: A credit card hold is required two days before check-in. The deposit will be released within ten days after check-out, assuming no damages or losses.
- Allergy-Friendly and Licensed Property: Strict no-pets policy to accommodate guests with severe allergies and ensure compliance with Florida's regulations, maintaining high safety and satisfaction standards.
- Booking Costs: Charges are based on the initial guest count declared at the booking; additional guests will incur extra fees. As a self-catering facility, guests manage their meals.
- Property Upkeep: We have a dedicated Daily Pool Care and Weekly Landscaping Team that visits the outside of the property to ensure the property and its outdoor features remain pristine.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Heating Options Heating for the swimming pool, hot tub, and spa is optional and available at an additional charge upon request. Age and Occupancy Minimum Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. Maximum Occupancy: Strict policy of 18 guests, including children. Fees and Deposits Property Fee: A mandatory property fee is included in all reservations. Security Deposit: A credit card hold is required two days prior to check-in. This hold acts as a security deposit and will be released within ten days of check-out, provided no charges for damages, missing items, or other incidents exist. Similar to hotel procedures, an information request will be sent after booking to facilitate this process. Note: We do not charge any amount as a damage deposit during the booking. Insurance and Identification Trip Insurance: Highly recommended to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances. Government ID: Required from all guests within 48 hours of booking. Rental Agreement: Guests will be requested to sign a rental agreement. Pricing The quoted price is based on the number of guests declared during the booking process. If the number of guests increases, additional costs may apply. Self-Catering Our home is a self-catering accommodation, allowing you to prepare your own meals and cater to your needs during your stay.
