Upon arrival, guests will find a starter pack of supplies, including laundry detergent, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, bath soap, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. We advise guests to bring or purchase additional supplies such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments as needed for extended stays.

For the security and protection of our property, a credit card hold is required two days before check-in. This hold serves as a security deposit and will be released within ten days of check-out, subject to any charges for damages or missing items. Guests will receive an information request after booking and will be required to provide a credit card swipe upon arrival, similar to hotel practices.

Considering guests with severe allergies, we maintain a strict no-pets policy on our property. "Mickey's Atlantis Mansion" is fully licensed and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations, ensuring a safe and satisfactory stay.

Costs are calculated based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking, and additional guests will incur extra charges. As a self-catering property, guests are responsible for their meals.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Here are some key points to note for your stay: Swimming Pool/Hot Tub Heating: Optional heating is available for the swimming pool and hot tub upon request, for an additional charge. Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book. Maximum Occupancy: Strictly up to 16 guests, including children. Property Fee: A mandatory property fee is included in the booking process for all reservations. Security Deposit: A credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security measure.
