It's one of the closest properties to Disney that's available for short-term rental, and if you think the location is excellent, wait until you see inside. This exclusive estate is next to the new Margaritaville Resort, Waterpark, and Sunset Walk. It is a quiet area, yet so convenient for all Orlando has to offer.

As owners and managers of this large and luxurious property, we have taken time to get everything perfect, paying close attention to the details. The result is an amazingly stylish and beautifully comfortable place to stay for families with children on vacation, a group of friends perhaps staging a reunion, or even colleagues on a business trip.

MAIN LIVING AREA

What a great space this is for gathering and relaxing together. There are sofas offering somewhere comfortable to kick back, maybe with a book or to watch TV. You can bring the popcorn in the evenings, and all gather for a movie night. Of course, we'll leave the choice of the movie up to you!

KITCHEN / DINING AREA

Here is the hub of the house, the place to get fueled up for another day at Disney and the theme parks. You'll find a coffee maker, so whoever's first awake in the morning can get that wonderful aroma filling the house. There is plenty of storage space for your favorite foods in the cupboards and large capacity French Door fridge freezer, an icemaker, dishwasher, and all the utensils, fine dinnerware, cookware, and countertop appliances a group of up to 12 is likely to need in a fine home away from home. If you don't want to cook, we can also help you find a chef for the evening.

The kitchen and dining area also come with a breakfast bar and four-seater kitchen table to sit and enjoy snacks, with the main formal dining table in an adjacent area. Ideal if you're planning a sit-down meal for everyone during your stay. Of course, you can take your food and enjoy it outside, which is where we're heading next….

OUTSIDE

Which will you try first, the huge swimming pool or the hot tub? Maybe you would just like to soak up the sun while sitting at a patio table or reclining on a sun-lounger deck area? They're all here and all yours. Plus, there's a BBQ if you fancy cooking great-tasting food outside during your stay.

The pool and garden have bushes beyond the lanai, creating a serene, secure, and private outdoor space for you all to enjoy.

6 BEDROOMS

Back inside now, and one of the most exciting things about staying somewhere new is deciding where everyone sleeps. This property has six bedrooms, two master bedrooms, all with TVs. In addition, there are three twin bedrooms - two downstairs and one upstairs, and one Queen bedroom.

As already mentioned, all the master bedrooms have ensuites, and there's a shared Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs.

Got work to do during your vacation or want to stream something? Or maybe you're booking a break with colleagues on business. Either way, the 400Mbps of Internet access and enterprise company-grade WiFi across the whole house should come in handy. You even get free unlimited landline calls to the USA and Canada from here, and the WiFi covers the pool area.

LAUNDRY

The presence of a large capacity washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board, will help ensure you keep everyone's clothes clean during your stay. So, if a favorite top gets spoilt on the first day, it can be washed, dried, and worn again!

PARKING

The final mention goes to parking space for four-six vehicles outside the property on the long driveway, so you'll never have to worry about the room to unload after a day at the parks!

*** The house comes stocked with a starter pack of supplies. "Starter Supplies" consists of - a roll of toilet paper, a bar of bath soap per bathroom, a roll of paper towel in the kitchen, etc.
You will need to bring and/or buy additional supplies for longer extended stays. That is also true of laundry detergent, trash bags, spices & condiments:)

A credit card hold is required two days prior to check-in as a security deposit hold. The hold will be released within ten days of check-out pending any charges incurred for damages, missing items, etc.
An information request after booking will be sent, and before arrival, a swipe of a credit card for the hold will be requested, just like in a hotel. We don't charge an amount in the booking as a damage deposit.

Due to severe allergies, there are ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED.

A couple of key points:

1. We own and manage the home personally. We will not bait and switch you into another house because we can't!

2. The home WILL sleep 12 people, all in REAL beds-sized beds. There is a pack-and-play crib and high chair if needed.

3. All discounts are already included based on the time of year, and all 'fees' are just passed on from my cleaning company, and therefore not discountable. You are renting a high-end luxury house, 5 minutes from Disney, that fits 12 comfortably is well cleaned with top-line linens.
